Celebrate TDOV (Trans Day of Visibility) with Charis Books and More/Charis Circle, SOJOURN, and TransParent, Metro Atlanta on March 29! This is a family friendly event for people of all ages, but it is geared at kids 12 and under and their loved ones. Drop in anytime between 10:00am - 1:00pm EST for stories, games, art, and play. On March 31 at 7 PM ET, Thrive: The Jewish Coalition to Protect Trans and LGBQ+ Youth will be bringing together a powerful coalition of Jewish organizations and individuals to take sustained, tangible action for trans rights.
Join us for "No Trans Visibility Without Community Safety", a virtual event where we'll hear from a diverse panel of trans Jews on how our communities can take actions that ensure their trans community members can show up as their full, authentic selves. In this critical moment, our Jewish communities hold unique power to protect and advocate for our trans, nonbinary, and intersex siblings. Join us as we hear directly from the community about what’s needed—and how we can all step up to ensure safety, dignity, and justice for trans people everywhere.
