As more states have anti-LGBTQ+ laws on the books, especially as they pertain to youth programming and education, your Jewish organization could be becoming the only space where LGBTQ+ youth can have their chosen name and pronouns used, talk to a trusted adult outside of their family, access gender-neutral bathrooms and facilities, or learn about the many ways people can express their full selves. This flyer lays out some basic ways that Jewish institutions can navigate anti-LGBTQ+ state laws.

It is our hope that this resource can be used to elevate conversations about anti- trans legislation and trans inclusion in Jewish spaces.
